Light and shadow are existentially “one” as the two exist inseparably. By all means, light exists with us at all time, even in the dark. And which ever form it is in, light is the ultimate drive that creates the appearance of all matters, which is why we are able to see things. But by closely examining the characteristics of light, we are able to gain a wider perspective towards our nearby environment. Through this Light project, I demonstrate my ideal appearance of how light exists around us and aim to visualize its various forms. For instance, the reflections of a pond, the shadows within the forest, the saturated colors of the sky, and the magnified appearances through our glasses are all products of light.
